1. Buy expensive face care productds (they work!)
2. Don't diet just be aware of what u eat and exercise daily
3. Condition daily even if ur not washing
4. Exfoliate your hands with a TBsp of sugar and warm water
5. Keep a brains book (see brains book blog)
6. Keep moisturiser for hands handy
7. Make lists about EVERYTHING
8. Put a calendar in the toilet n a pen handy
9. If u can't afford it retail look on Trademe
10. Freeze ur jeans to get rid of odor, they only need to be washed when their grubby
11. Budget a month in advance
12. Record when u have to use ur savings to help future budgets
13. Plants make your room happier
14. Make a bedtime routine
15. Don't stress eat stress exercise
16. Stick goals where u van see them daily I.e bedroom food, fridge, ceiling above your bed
